The Joy of Giving Mystery
We are excited about our Poinsettia Stocking, and we hope you will be, too! It combines a perfect holiday necessity with designs to delight everyone on your gift list. The penultimate symbol of the season is the poinsettia, with its lovely green and red foliage. We used padded velvet to add dimension and texture to our bloom and embellished with buttons and beads. Noel could easily be replaced with a name of your choice—for that special loved one! Our kit comes complete with everything that you need: background flannel, hand-dyed wool, velvet, hand-dyed floss, beads, buttons, and the pattern with templates and directions—you need only supply a piece of lining fabric and your basic sewing supplies. Patterns in printed and downloadable digital PDF formats will be available as well.
BONUS: All kits will include a FREE bonus pattern, with enough material to complete both patterns! So you can make TWO gifts with one kit. What a deal!
With the purchase of a complete kit, you will also receive a pattern for our Mitten Gift Card Holder, free only for those who purchase a kit. This cute mitten makes giving a gift card personal and fun, and it can double as an ornament. Two gifts, one kit!
This weekly stitching event offers patterns and complete kits to create your own projects that are suitable for gift-giving. Each week, we offer will be an individual, finished project by one of the talented designers on the list below. Kits will include everything needed to complete your project except basic sewing supplies, and all at less than $30! Patterns will be available as well. And as a special thank you for supporting our small businesses, you will receive a free download of one of our favorite recipes to help you celebrate the holidays, or any time of the year! You won't want to miss these great opportunities to create some cherished gifts for those special people in your life.
